Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We reserve the right to give you the option to pay additional shipping fees or cancel the order if our carrier's shipping fee is exorbitant.  

Domestic Shipping (within the continental U.S.)

Free to UPS/FedEx addresses for Acrylic, Standard, PRO, and Max with rails up to 7' 9"

International Shipping

For our customers outside the continental US or Canada, we ship a no-rails version, or we can custom quote a railed version. Please fill out the contact form to receive a shipping quote. 

For orders outside of the U.S., the customer is responsible for any VAT, customs, or duty fees.
